Denise Bob, Housing Manager

 

The Housing Department’s objectives is to oversee all aspects of housing for the Bonaparte Community. To provide safe, healthy and affordable housing for Bonaparte members; and to implement the housing program through a fair, equitable and efficient application of housing policies.

 

This includes, property management of all Bonaparte Indian Band owned rental units, tenant counseling, renovations funding submissions and management, repairs and maintenance requests, new construction project management, rent/arrears monitoring and collection, and financial management of program budgets.

 

The Housing Manager, Denise Bob has 12+ years experience in the housing field. Denise is very knowledgeable with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) policies and procedures, and works closely with these and other government agencies.
